The 8,880 sqm mixed-used land in Tanah Merah Kechil Link adjacent to the Tanah Merah MRT station attracted 15 bids, with the highest being submitted by MCC Land (Singapore) at $248.99 million. This translates to a land price of about $930 per square foot per plot ratio (PSF ppr). The tender yielded the greatest number of bids since May 2018.

The upcoming Sceneca Residence, located at Tanah Merah Kechil Link, is zoned for a mixed-use residential complex with commercial space on the first floor. It occupies an 8,880 sqm lot and has a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 24,864 sqm.
The 99-year plot can accommodate approximately 268 residential apartments. The first floor of the development, which is 2,000 sqm in size, will be reserved for commercial uses.
