Japura emerged as the top bidder after six other companies submitted bids of $401.9 million, or $1,847 per share. The bid was 13% above the reserve price of $355 million (1,633 PSf PPR) and included a development fee of $350.4 million. The owners of the 77 apartments will receive between $2.8 million and $11.5 million from the proceeds of the enbloc.

An estimate of the selling price during VVIP launch is about $2,400 - $2,800 (Subjected to change).
